Herbal tea is just like the perfect immunity booster for everyone.

It’s important to note that herbal teas should not be confused as substitutes for medicines. It is advisable to have constitution evaluated when you choose to follow an ayurvedic treatment to an ailment if taken in isolation but complement all forms of treatments and medical advice.


1.) Herbal tea: Effective against respiratory allergies, this tea is brewed using a mixture of herbs. Take 250 grams if grebe tealeaves, 50 gm Banasha, 25 gm Mulethi (Licorice), 12.5 gm Black peeper, 12.5 gm cinnamon, 25 gm green tulsi leaves, 12.5 gm saunth (dry ginger power) .Mix all the ingredients in copper or earthen utensil and ensure that there is no concentration of a specific herbs in one part of the concoction. Stir well to make sure that the mixture of evenly distributed. Then store it in a glass jar. Take one teaspoon of this mixture in a ceramic or glass cup and pour hot water in it. Cover and let the tea brew for 5 minutes .Sip without sugar or milk. This mixture remains potent for up to 60 days.


2.)Thyme tea : This tea is a very effective immunity booster especially against vital , fungal and bacterial infections and can be had at any of the day .Take 8-10 leaves of the thyme plant and steep in hot water as described above .Dry thyme can also be used but the quantity of herb should be doubled in that case .

3. )Herbal tea(another type) : Accumulation of mucous is usually a symptom of an aggravation of Kapha Dosha. To counter this take half a teaspoon of ginger powder, ¼ tesspoon cove power, ¼ teaspoon colve power, ½ spoon of powdered cardamom seeds and a pinch if cinnamon .To this mixture add a cup of boiling .Cover and filter after five minutes .You Can sweeten this with honey or misri (made from sugar cane )and drink three to four times a day.

Now its upto You how you make your self fit Through some freehand or meditation but these all are external but if feel fit and always remain young try the above therapy.
